Connect pairs the band (live HR, tab-title, graph — no beeps). Pick a mode, then Start session. Zone 2: coaching arms the first moment you reach the zone, then pitch = direction (high beep = ease up, low = push), vario-style faster & sharper the further out. Intervals: get-ready countdown, rising GO to sprint, tick-tick-tick before every switch, falling tone to slow, auto-ends after the last rep. A double-blip = signal lost; it auto-reconnects until you Disconnect. End session speaks a summary and, if still connected, measures your 60-second heart-rate recovery. Press S for a spoken status anytime.
